BUILDING A SAFETY FOUNDATION 

During this 3-part session is designed to provide a blended learning package of lectures and hands-on workshops, we will be building out the key components of a robust safety program. This session will aid attendees in understanding what components of a safety management system should be included in their organization’s safety program while incorporating robust accountability systems to track items to completion. This session teaches attendees to understand the ethical, moral, financial, and legal implications of safety while digging into what is required from employers and employees in their pursuit of a world-class safety culture.
